Deep Breathing Exercises
The subject of deep breathing can become very extensive. To avoid a long discussion and get to the point with an easy and understandable information, you are not going to give scientific exercises of Yoga or something difficult. The main idea of this message is to promote the deep breath of fresh air through the nose and expiration through the mouth. Breathe deep enough it really hurts you when you do. Do this morning and night, no less than five to ten minutes. This will help you to start and finish your day with energy and stamina - this just before bedtime will give you the best rest has ever known. Deep breathing is "the breath of life", and will bring oxygen to every cell of the body. Each cell will die, unless you receive the breath of life, and the way in which you may have enough of this item giver of life is through inhalation of oxygen and air through the nose. This principle is so important and yet very despised. A person can live 16 days without water, and 110 days without food but only a few minutes without breathing. This is something to which we pay very little attention, and the surface and unhealthy breathing in "normal" these days. Completely ignoramus deep breathing, which is "the breath of life".
